Annual membership of the National Candida Society costs £15.00 UK Sterling (USA: $40.00; Europe: €30.00; Australia: $50.00). Benefits of membership are described on the Services page. As we are not able to accept on-line transactions, please print after completion and send it, together with your cheque, to our postal address above. Members resident in the UK receive their joining pack via the postal service. They choose how to receive subsequent information - via the postal service or electronically. Members resident outside of the UK receive all their information electronically. |
